At Tide Walk we rent by the week only, Saturday to Saturday, through Shoulder and Summer Seasons. In Fall, Winter, and Spring there will be a two night minimum, but of course you are welcome to stay longer, and you may choose any day of the week for starting and ending your visit. All rates are for a maximum of four people.
Rates shown below are our discounted prices for payment only by cash or check, or you may email the completed and signed contracts, and pay by e-check, (Quick Pay, ClearXchange) to [email protected]; to pay by any other method, please inquire for our regular seasonal rates and let us know what method you prefer to use.
Fall (September 9 through October 27, 2017) 2 night minimum, $165/night or $850/week.
Winter (October 29, 2017 through May 25, 2018) 2 night minimum, $160/night or $800/week. Or monthly through the winter, Nov. 1 – May 27, 2016, $800/mo. + you pay the utilities. Please inquire about firewood, etc.
Our WINTER SPECIAL at Tide Walk is, 2 people can Rent 2 nights for $345 (4 people $385) and get a third night free!
Spring (May 20 – June 16, 2017) 2 night minimum, $165/night or $850/week.
Shoulder (June 17 – 30, 2017) 1 week minimum, $890/week.
Summer (July 1 – August 25, 2017) 1 week minimum, $950/week
Shoulder (August 26 – September 8, 2017) 1 week minimum, $890/week.
The next year will be the same rates as posted above until further notice.
Linens: You are welcome to bring your own linens, which include sheets, towels and kitchen linens. If you would like to make use of our linen service, the cost will be $25 for two people or $50 for more.
Pet Deposit: Our $150 pet deposit is partially (up to $50) refundable depending on damage and how much time we have to spend cleaning specifically after the pet on your departure. It covers the first pet; each additional pet is $100 more with $50 of that being possibly refundable as above. We request that you bring a kennel for your dog if left alone in the house in your absence; if you do this, we are apt to be more lenient with the pet fee.
State tax is 9% on the rent only. We will figure the correct amount and spell everything out on your contract/rate sheet, which we will email to you as soon as you notify us of your selected dates.
